Returns/Exchanges

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive.  If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to info@mobilitylitepro.com  and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order and less the credit card processing fees originally charged when purchasing. Please see additional manufacturer requirements below.

Troy/Flux Products:

All sales have an implied 30-day evaluation period. Any product may be returned for a full refund during this time, but the product must be in re-sellable condition. Before products may be returned, a return authorization number must be obtained from Troy Technologies Inc. A minimum restocking fee of 20% will be charged on all returned items that are returned after 30 days.

All sales of custom made or custom modified products are final.

Karman Products:

In order to process your return as efficiently as possible, please follow the instructions below carefully. Failure to follow these instructions may result in a delay in processing your return or have the credit denied.

Karman Non Returnable Products

  • Products purchased more than thirty (30) days from ship date
  • Configured wheelchairs, special or custom products made to customer specifications or sold as non-returnable
  • Products returned in altered or damaged packaging, or in packaging other than original packaging
  • Package and/or product broken, breached, damaged or unsellable condition
  • Returns prohibited by state law*
  • All seating components must be returned inside original sealed plastic bags
  • Issuance of a RMA number does not guarantee credit.  Credit issuance is dependent on confirmed receipt/review and acceptance of RMA product back in Karman Inventory and is subject to the other terms of this policy

EASY RETURNS
If you received a chair that is in perfect condition but want to return it for a different reason you have a full 30 days to do so. In these instances, you will need to pay for return shipping and request a return authorization from Mobility Life Pro. Any returns received in our warehouse without an issued return authorization will be ineligible for a refund and will be returned to you at your expense.

REQUEST A RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Strongback Mobility is committed to exceptional customer service and we want to give our customers the easiest return process possible. Please submit the form below to request a return authorization. Once we have received your request, we will send you a confirmation email with your return authorization number (which must be included with your wheelchair to return) and the address where you can mail your returned item.

PLEASE NOTE
Returns submitted more than 30 days after delivery will not be authorized for return. Products must be returned in their original packaging, and have no cracks, scratches, or any indications of use. A return authorization must be requested and the return authorization number must be included with your return. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Afikim/Afiscooter Products:

Warranty
All Afiscooters are covered by extensive warranty for a minimum period of one year. Once a warranty event has been established, we can arrange to have a technician work with you.

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping/any damages. 

 

Metro Mobility Products:

Metro Mobility has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact info@mobilitylifepro.com. If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label, as well as the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For non-quality returns, you will be responsible for return costs. We will also charge you a 30% handling fee for the refund. Thanks for your understanding.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
